RHS spring athletes honored

Wrapping up a season’s worth of achievements and adjustments, Rockmart High School’s baseball team and track and field teams held their awards night last Monday.

Student athletes were presented with varsity sports certificates and given special awards from their coaches.

Boys track and field coach Corey Godfrey, whose team won their sixth straight region championship this season, spoke about the challenges they faced.
