Getting hot during subregion play allowed the boys and girls teams at Rockmart High School to make their bid to keep playing after the regular season is over.
Both the Jackets and Lady Jackets had set up scenarios to earn spots in next week’s Region 7-AA tournament coming into this week’s matches at Pepperell on Monday and against Coosa on Tuesday at home.
