A man was arrested Wednesday on warrants charging that he broke out a window of a vehicle with a woman and infant inside.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Bobby Darnell Ware, 22, of 1287 Dunn Road in Silver Creek, was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies around 2 p.m. He was charged with felony criminal damage to property in the first degree and simple assault.

Floyd County police warrants stated that on March 13 on Callier Springs Road, Ware broke out the driver’s side window of a woman’s vehicle with his fist. Police said glass shattered throughout the vehicle, where the woman and a 1-year-old child were sitting.

Ware remains in jail without bail.
