The tournament, which kicks off on Monday, February 3, has eight boys’ teams and eight girls’ teams involved. Monday’s contest will be featuring Carrollton against the Rome Red team. Tuesday’s contest will feature Cedartown against Central of Carroll County.
Wednesday, February 5, has Rockmart Middle School against Bay Springs Middle School from Villa Rica, while Thursday’s final first round game has Rome Gold against Haralson County.
The Northwest Georgia tournament’s semifinals will be held on Saturday, February 8, beginning at 10 a.m. The championship games will tip-off at 3 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.
The public is invited to attend and show their support toward the Cedartown Middle School basketball programs.
