Recreation director Jeff Hulsey said children ages 5-to-12 are eligible to sign-up. He also noted that children 11-and-12 will be placed on a sign-up sheet and will only be eligible to play if their are enough people.
"We will offer basketball for 11-and 12-year-olds, but we will only have it if we have enough players for at least three teams," Hulsey said.

"Last year we had about 175 kids," Hulsey said. "We were able to have 20 teams."
Also, anyone interested in coaching basketball this fall needs to contact Hulsey before Nov. 16.
