I am very proud that we have code red weather warning for our community, during the day or night. If The National Weather Service finds conditions favorable for a tornado or severe Thunder strom, they need to notfy the community. As every one knows the weather changes in a blink of an eye. So I would be blessed to be notified at anytime during the night.

i'm not a big fan of the weather alert system. they called me more than once during the middle of the night because the winds were blowing. i woke up, checked the tv and the internet and nothing serious was going on. if i am woke up in the middle of the night for the weather, i want it to be for a tornado or something a little more serious than bad winds.
