No citations have been issued in the latest incident of a vehicle striking a pedestrian, according to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP).

The accident happened around 10:23 p.m. Tuesday on Lime Branch Road, according to reports.

GSP reports state that a 2002 Saab was stopped in the middle of the road because, according to its driver, it had run out of gas.

It did not have any lights on, reports said.

A second car, a 1999 Ford Explorer, didn’t see the Saab and rear-ended it. The Explorer spun out of control and struck a pedestrian, who was also in the road.

The pedestrian, Thomas Kevin Sherbert, 46, of Cedartown, was air lifted to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. Grady does not release patient conditions.

Sherbert was not a driver or passenger in either vehicle, reports said.

Randy Hulsey, Sherbert’s friend who was present at the accident, wrote on his Facebook page that Sherbet was the driver of the first Saab.

According to Hulsey, Sherbert jumped in a ditch to avoid the crash when the Explorer hit him.

Sherbert is currently in stable but critical condition, according to Hulsey.

No one else was injured, according to reports.

I always knew something like this would happen in Obama's America.

Oh you havent seen anything yet, wait till you see what Romney and his China buddies have in store for you. Enjoy what little value you have left in your home. And by the way...murders were being committed long before Obama.
