Breanna Wallace of Cedartown High School recently received special recognition from LaGrange College President Dr. Dan McAlexander at the college’s 2013 Presidential Scholarship Day.

The event honors students who have demonstrated the highest levels of academic achievement and leadership. A four-year liberal arts and sciences college affiliated with the United Methodist Church, LaGrange College is consistently ranked in the top 10 among Southern colleges by U.S.News & World Report. The college, an award winner in sustainability, is the oldest private institution of higher learning in Georgia.
